Known Issues

Version 2.0 beta b2

• Calling many times the functions output(), input() will generate a Windows error ( GetLastError( ) will return 87 or 0x57 ). So polling on the parallel port is not yet possible. This error should be corrected in next release.

Version 1.3

• The functionality "getPortInfo" is not yet implemented.
• A problem has been reported that ParaPort cannot detect parallel ports on PCI cards.

Version 1.2

• The functionality "RepeatFactor" is not yet implemented.
• The functionality "getPortInfo" is not yet implemented.
• An error has been detected when reading from the parallel port with multiple PARAPORT_CYCLE structures passed to the method executeCycle ( the parameter Count is bigger than 1 ). This error will be corrected in the release 1.3.

Version 1.1

• This version can be used only on output: an error has been signaled when reading from the parallel port ( data register as input ). This has been corrected in the release 1.2 thanks to the help of Jean-Michel Roux.

Version 1.0

• This version is bugged and will not be distributed anymore.
