Release v2.0

• Addition of functionality "direct register access" shown in samples "sampleMFC" and "sampleVB"
• Support of Visual Basic "sampleVB"
• Addition of sample "read cycle" to show input from parallel port
• Addition of sample "MFC" to show how to use ParaPort from Visual C++ MFC application
